To whom it may concern:
I have a 15 year old daughter who 3 years ago was surrounded by drugs, alchohol, sex orgies, SEVERE abuse, neglect, endangerment, 10+ cps reports, police reports, neighbor corroboration, child corroboration, and they BELIEVED my ex wife. The police, cps, schools, etc. She has them ALL conned, they are her puppets and she is the puppet master. For 13 years her family has OPPRESSED, HARRASSED me because I have fought for my children when I hear about these whacked out stories from them, ex boyfriends, neighbors, etc. I take her to court and the court doesn't care, they come after me. A few years back I took my ex wife to court for the herein and CPS actually field false charges against me. Citing that I coerce children into telling me stories about their mother. The court permitted me to see these reports but would not permit me to keep them. Her family? does nothing but aide and abett her to commit her crimes as stated herein for 10+ years. 10 + cps reports? only two are mine, where did the other 8 come from? ALL unfounded. They go over the house and befriend my ex wife, and come after me. I just recently had a cps agent here, who was sent by my ex wife accusing me of parental alienation. My daughter just got fed up with the herein and left her and came to live with me. Soemthing she cons everyone into believing that her daughter left her princess life to live with her opinonated, properly disciplined, watchful, broke, unemployed father. That I brain washed her to live here. LOL As if. If I was such a great brainwasher I would make my daughter do her homework. Nobody brainswashed anyone. My daughter is 14 years old what is to stop her from calling her mother when she is out all the time with her friends? How could I stop her from going back to her county? Its all lies, but everyone aids and abetts her lies as they believe her. She has the school principle completely convinced. He won't even let me see my daughters emergency card, her emergency card! Says I need a court order? Ok how about my divorce agreement? and the three judges who ORDER my visitation in tact which she has violated for over two years. Can you believe it? She is the abuser and I am being investigated? The worker was 150% BIAS to me, she immediately took my ex wifes side, even as the child told her about abuse, neglect, orgies, spoke with neighbors, video, audio, texts, emails, ALL argued away as if she was my ex's attorney. The worker also said "she would contact (?) to have them do a SURPRISE visit to see if my daughter is being left alone in the house. How convenient for CPS to show and Grandma was there to greet them! It should be pointed out that grandma is NEVER at the house during the day! This agency CALLED my ex and gave her the heads up! This agency makes APPOINTMENTS with the alleged abuser did you know this? So when the worker is coming the abuser already knows! This gives the alleged abuser AMPLE time to GRILL the kids into saying what they want them to say, not the truth! How about this? After children tell workers they are being abused? They LEAVE the kid their with the abuser!!! One time my ex knew cps was coming and she told me daughter then 7 " if you tell them about me? you will go to orphanage! " The first agent way back in 03 when I told her about drugs etc? Do you know who they tested? ME! She is doing the drugs and I am being tested!!! Another worker went to see my children and my daughter told said " I can show you were the drugs are "? worker responded " that is not necessary " another worker while leaving, my daughter grabbed her leg and begged her to take her with her " the worker alleged kicked my daughter off her leg. Another worker (and I have all these letters) came to my house to investigate me on the allegations I coerce children into saying bad things about their mother, while there my daughter was there by accident. The worker interviewed her and came out in tears.
The recent worker was a feminist, all she cared about was my ex was not seeing her daughter, she could care less if I saw mine. In fact she came over the house and told my daughter how would you like to see your sister? then told me I could see my daughter but only with the grandmother. I told her I DON'T need your permission to see my child, I have COURT ORDERS that demand I can! However, I REFUSE to walk into another family court without a SHARK lawyer, because they way they treat you there, they should have a sign over the doors, " Abandon all hope HE who enter here " they treated me like crap, like I was the abuser when it was me that petitioned the court on her. So that is my fault, I accep it. I am unemployed right now, I am a PENNILESS bum who can't find a job in my normal career " Chief Operations Officer " so I have tried to get into entertainment (my own show) but I do not have any resources to do it, so I can't do that either. I am a sketch comedy writer, at the level of Dave Chappelle (well I think so) lol so I am POWERLESS to do anything to these people legally. She leaves my 11 yr old daughter ALONE in her big house in another county, which ONLY listen to her do not care about me at all. Even this county Kings, I have gone to everyone about this, the D/A, media, President, blogged and blogged, everywhere, nobody cares. ALL anyone has to do? is talk with my daughter, she can tell you her story of hell. I brainwashed my 13 year old daughter to run away from her beautiful house, friends, country club school, princess life, to come live with her BROKE opinonated PROPERLY disciplined father? Yeah right.
My daughters have spoken to everyone and NO ONE believes them! But there is TWO people on this planet that KNOW these stories to be true. Anthony __________ my ex's old boy friend who lived with her for 6 years, and her neighbor from across the street who knows everything, the drugs, orgies, abuse, neglect, endangerment, driving drunk, she is the KEY to the truth. She actually spoke with this worker (who came here) just recently and told her the stories, the worker ARGUED what she said away as she did with all other evidence. As I said this worker was one of the feminist movement, and could care less about me or my daughter and did everything to protect my ex. In a statement to me she said after I said " I will go to court and have my daughter here tomorrow! " her reply was " you would never do that " that was not her talking that was my ex wife ". My ex wife KNOWS I hate court and she told this worker that.
She once told a child psychologist these stories, and the psychologist response? (after speaking with the mother)? because the mother is a gifted sociopath, " its ok for drug dealers, and drug addicts to come through your mothers windows, its her house! " CPS agent William Murray TATTOOED from his eyes to his feet, told my ex right in front of my daughter " don't worry I will make this all go away! " " you smoke weed? I used to smoke weed, you can smoke weed long as you don't do it in front of your children " (this was 09) ( your mommy can spank you if she wants) I had spoken to CPS William Murray on several occassions. He INTERROGATED me as if I was being investigated. I not only talked to him but faxed him proof of my ex wifes criminal past, drug convictions, being sentenced to day top village for heroin addiction in 98, all argued away. I even sent him a text message I received from her and her BF Anthony B also talked to him about the text (see below) and he argued it away.
On October 10th (not 24 hours after seeing CPS agent William Murray, my ex attempted to get from her then boyfriend Anthony B, cocain, tequila, and bacardi, WHILE having a SLUMBER party ( I have the text to prove this ) but for some reason my ex's texts no one believes, with other minors in her house! Now this is the same scenario that KILLED Leandra Rosado, by that (same county) mom who took 8 children in her SUV and launched it off the Heny Hudson Parkway, thus creating Leandra's Law. A law my ex wife BREAKS at will, just ask the neighbor who watches her drive drunk in her car, endangering the OTHER lives of the children on the blocks she drives on! The grandmother, uncle, etc. In 2009 I was in family court and when I tried to speak a court officer told me (stfu) in OPEN court! and I said " NO you STFU! " all I was trying to do was tell the judge about a court order of protection that needed to be re-ordered, and they did everything in their power to silence my voice! All the while letting my ex wife sing like a canary bird, and I was the ONE who filed the petition of family offense against her! When I tried to make copies of a court papers that THEY gave me? The court officer who directed me to the damn copy machine? After finding quarters, etc, to do even get the printing done? She demands I give her the copies and originals. Said I am not permitted to have such documentation. I asked her " why didn't you just take it, instead of waiting for me to spend money to copy it " her bat shit excuse, " I didn't think of it at the time " But, the judge did ORDER my ex wife to NOT interfere with my visitation which she has done for YEARS after.
My daughter just told me recently of another incident of abuse with this county and another girl (her friend) and they do nothing for her as well. I myself am a product of this FAILED agency I survived, I ran away at 13. But through my own child have been reliving my own abuse. CPS as a whole NEEDS to be ABOLISHED and Privitized! Just like the HLE Animal cops, ASPCA. Animals are protected better than this states children! ALL beat their chests they have the right to see the child, but have they ever filed one report against this woman? NO! They sit down with authorities and LIE to them! and they too are such sociopaths the authorities believe them over me. The agent was told about this by her boyfriend, who was even willing to send him the text message, he didn't want to see it, he didn't care. if this agent William Murray would have done his job my daughter would not had been abused more! One incident involved bruises huge bruises ( I have the police report ) I took her to her counties police, (sorry I can't even mention this county or they will come after me ) they played forensics with a 10 year old, REFUSED to arrest my ex wife. The 71 pct? who I brought her to after? said they would have arrested her IMMEDIATELY, went to this county and got her themselves. They even said the police report was a joke.
My daughter is a psychological mess because of her mother, and these agents. She may have survived this abuse, but it will take years and years of therapy to help her overcome. Never mind the fact she has NO trust in the system anymore, as they failed her by never listening. How do you tell an alleged abuser right in front of the abused (she reported it to the school) " don't worry I will make this all go away "? " your mommy can spank you " this man needs to be fired and indicted for his crimes. He is a disgrace to his job and should NEVER be permitted to be near children again. This man's supervisor also needs to be fired and jailed for failure. The commissioner of CPS Gregory Blass also FIRED for his failure to do his job and I have a very nice love letter from his office which proves I tried to get help. The D/A of this county who after I told him about the orgy? Which under the law is " committing a lewed and lascivious act in the presence of minors " should also have his a handed to him! The schools prinicple for not doing anyting when I tell him my child is being left alone at home all hours of the day and night. Just over the week 2-6-14 a neighbor called me and said she saw my 11 year old daughter all alone! I don't even bother calling the police, everyone thinks she is sleeping with them or something. If the NYPD could show up at that house at 10:00 at night Friday night they would find my daughter alone. They would also find my ex wife a few houses down in her BF's house HIGH, DRUNK, whatever. Not on pot but cocain, heroin, and God knows what. But NO ONE will help me! or listen! for 10+ years.
EVERY single agent from this county NEEDS to be arrested and thrown in prison! What kind of agent is tattooed to their head to their feet? This is the right person to talk with kids? EVERY single case this agency (in my ex's county) needs to be revisisted. The whole place needs to be investigated. I have proof this agent told my ex wife " he was going to close her case " she sent a text to her then boyfriend talking about it.
I have a video of the girls talking about their abuse, neglect, endangerment, orgies (witnessed) drunk driving, etc. They came to me and said " what can we do to help " I said make a video. I was NOT present as they spoke, and the most damaging of all, is how one child talks about an incident, and the other FIGHTS to tell their side, but validating the others side as well. The incident took place but both children have their own versions. One incident my ex wife stood over my daughter and kicked her several times in her private parts, another one she took my daughters are and threw it into a door, another, she threw a chair at my daughter (this was witnessed by another child) another, she threw my daughter in her room and she smacked her head off of her wood bed, the brusies which you see is another incident, apparently the mother punched her several times while being drunk. I also have grandma on a 42 min rant I recorded her talking about her daughter. CPS argued that I doctored the audio some how, as if I even knew how to do this. Its all lies just to protect the abuser. SEE cps goes after the innocent because they are to chicken shit to go after the true guilty. You see it all the time. The innocent are much easier to handle. :(
My ex's BF Patrick is the neighborhood drug addict, drug dealer, ex con, alcoholic (who drives drunk with my daughter and his neice in his truck, my ex wife also drives drunk with the children in her car (which is a felony under the Leandra Law act) this person is my daughters care taker, this is who she has take care of a little girl. He is also an alleged child abuser to his niece. My ex post pictures of my daughter with this man on her facebook (she knows I will see it) I have all her emails, texts, voice mail, etc. Every single diamond tipped nail which she has given me herself. To prove before a federal judge she has willfully and with malice violates the courts orders " To not intefere with my visitation " Recently she left me a voicemail because I was trying to get my daughters report card and she called and said " If I wanted something I should ask her " I don't need to ask her for anything. My divorce agreement ARTICLE V clearly stipulates this. She went on to threaten me " that she would call my daughters school (here) and make trouble. Lie to them as she has lied to everyone else. I can't even see my daughters report card.
I would like to point out I have tried several times to get my ex help which I can prove by documentation. NO ONE cared. Not the kings county family court, cps, police, schools, no one. They would talk to her and after they came after me as a liar.
Children NEED their OWN police force! Animals have their own cops, children need their own cops! Officers that were
abused themselves, that KNOW the signs, can SEE through the BULLSHIT! and who can ARREST these child abusers on site! Who can also drug screen alleged suspected drug addicts taking care of children. No court orders, nothing, just pull their hair and its done! If such a force was created? I would be PROUD to be one of these officers!
